Abdoul Wahab Ka (Ka) brings decades of political leadership, intellectual property expertise, and cultural diplomacy to DIANEKA JOURNEYS Consultants. He is the former Director General of the Senegalese Agency for Industrial Property and Technological Innovation (ASPIT) and former Secretary General of Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar (UCAD), and Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. UCAD is one of West Africa’s most respected academic institutions. Ka offers unparalleled insight into West African markets, governance, innovation policy, and economic development.

As founder of the ADS party, Ka possesses deep understanding of West African political landscapes, stakeholder engagement, and international relations.
